PhD's, experience 'Living Books'!
14 February 2012On 6 March– especially for PhDs - there will be another TU Human Library. In this event PhDs and Rector Karel Luyben, will choose two exceptional people (“Living Books”) to listen to and to discuss their stories.
Borrowing people instead of books: the Human Library
There’s no better book than the book of human experience. That’s why visitors to the Human Library borrow people instead of books. In this way they exchange their unique experiences with each other. These Living Books may be professors, lecturers, staff members, other PhD students, trainees or students at TU Delft. People with a special story. When a Living Book is borrowed he or she will tell their story. During TU Human Library two books will be borrowed, each followed by an discussion. Afterwards there will be drinks.
