The TU Delft Repository is intended for researchers at TU Delft. They can use it to make their research results visible worldwide and freely accessible via Open Access.

What is TU Delft Repository?

TU Delft Repository is the digital storage facility for scientific publications from TU Delft. These range from dissertations, students’ theses and teaching notes to data sets, audio and video files. Researchers can post their own materials in the TU Delft Repository or use the nationwide system METIS. The materials include the set of bibliographical data and the full-text document, photograph, video or audio file. Inclusion is subject to the rights associated with the publications.

Benefits of TU Delft Repository

For you as an academic, TU Delft Repository offers the following benefits:

• Your research is freely accessible to everyone worldwide.
• Your academic publications are also stored in the e-depot of the National Library of the Netherlands. This guarantees that there is a reliable backup of your material.
• Search engines (for example, Google Scholar) will find your academic publications in the TU Delft Repository with a high ‘relevance ranking’.
• You can include a link on your personal homepage to your current list of publications in the Repository.

Conditions

For your publication to be included, you must have had a working relationship with TU Delft when conducting research for the publication. Your publication must be part of your professional activities. Unpublished manuscripts and papers can also be included. The only condition is that the publication must be made freely accessible, occasionally after an embargo period.
