Get the most out of your research information
To conduct your research you need information. It is not always evident to find the way through the huge amount of available information.
Course description
This 3½ hour workshop will show you how to master this information and how you get the most out of it. You will be guided through different steps of your information needs. The exploration of the research field will lead you to find key authors or journals etc. and make a map or a review of your subject. For the literature search you will reflect on your search plan and select and use efficiently relevant resources. You will use tools to manage your information and keep-up-to date. And finally you will consider various aspects of publishing like copyright, peer review and how to choose a journal or conference for your next contribution.
