Computers

TU Library offers 995 work spaces, of which 155 are available with a computer. These work spaces are situated in the Glass Hall and the Central Hall. Additional information on the possibilities are described below.

TU Delft students and staff

You can use your NetID to access your own files, the library catalogue and the TU Delft Library online collection (e-books, e-journals, databases and other information). You can also print and copy.

TU Delft Library visitors

If all you want to do is search the library collection using the search box on this website, you can log in on the computers in the Central Hall using the following information:

Password:   Welcome2you

Lock your laptop

PC cable locks can be borrowed by handing in your campus card or an ID. The cable and the key should be returned the same day. If you lose the key, you have to pay € 30,- in cash.

Account for a day

With a one-day guest account you can use the computers (in the Central Hall only) to:

  • browse the Internet using Internet Explorer
  • use Microsoft Office software and Adobe Reader
  • save files on the disk space in your USB stick or guest account.
    Please note: the disk space on your guest account will be erased after closing hours.

You can apply at the desk for a one-day guest account, providing that you can show proof of identity.
