TU Delft promotes Open Access: Open Access Publishing Fund
The funding of Open Access publishing for TU Delft publications is primarily the responsibility of the faculty or research group to which a researcher belongs. If your faculty is not able to pay the OA author fee, then help is available from a (temporary) Open Access Publishing Fund. Researchers can, at least until the end of 2010, utilise this fund to finance OA publishing costs. For the sake of clarity: this money is intended only for the funding of 'open access publications with peer review' and is not intended for the ‘normal’ publication costs. Applications meeting the defined criteria will be met as long as the fund is not exhausted.

TU Delft stimuleert Open Access: Fonds Open Access publicerenFinanciering Open Access publiceren
Faculteiten of onderzoeksgroepen van de TU Delft waar een wetenschapper toe behoort zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor de financiering van Open Access publiceren.

Is een faculteit niet in de gelegenheid tot betaling van de OA-auteursbijdrage (OA author fee), dan is er een (tijdelijk) fonds waarop een beroep kan worden gedaan. Om hiervoor in aanmerking te komen moet wel aan bepaalde voorwaarden bepaalde voorwaarden worden voldaan.

Fonds Open Access
Van dit fonds kan in ieder geval tot eind 2010 gebruik worden gemaakt. Voor alle duidelijkheid: dit geld is alleen bestemd om 'open access publicaties met peer review' te financieren en dus niet voor 'gewone' publicatiekosten.
